Mission Reports: Mount Bross Snow!

Snow Recovery Season has begun!!

Sunday the 10th, a team from Colorado 4×4 Rescue and Recovery went up Mount Bross to recover some vehicles that got hung up between snow drifts. They were unable to go forward or backwards without severe risk of sliding off the shelf roads and potentially down the mountain.

There is more snow predicted off and on this week above tree line, travel prepared for anything, and be prepared to spend an extended time in the elements if you must go out! High country roads and trails will be blown over with snow drifts soon. Conditions may not allow us to reach you, and your vehicle may have to sit until next summer. Be careful out there.
