Mission Reports: Flopped XJ on 505 Caribou

June 26th a team from Colorado 4×4 Rescue and Recovery went up Caribou Road 505 to recover a XJ that was flopped on its side in a mud puddle.

The initial report was that the jeep was stuck in the mud, NOT on its side, so that added a bit of extra complication to the mission once on scene.

The team rigged the pull to right the vehicle back on the tires, and then proceeded to pull it off the trail and stage it for a tow truck due to a loss of fluid from the transmission.

Total mission time was a little over 5 hours from departure to last responder arriving back at home.
